Items purchased on the website can be exchanged for other items or returned for credit within 14 business days from the date of receiving the item. Exchange or return will be allowed upon presentation of an invoice and provided that the item is in good condition, carries its original label, has not been used, and subject to the following conditions:

The aforementioned is subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 – 1981 (“Israeli Consumer Protection Law”).

A user may cancel a transaction to purchase a product within 14 days of receiving the product or receiving the disclosure document in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, whichever is later, by notifying the company, and in such a case, the merchant shall refund the user the consideration paid for the product, after deducting shipping fees and additional shipping fees if the user requested to return the items using the shipping company.

A refund will be made by means of a monetary credit transferred to the credit card from which the transaction was performed or as a coupon for use on the website, as chosen by the user in the process of canceling the transaction, within 14 business days from the date the product is received by us. Notwithstanding the above, a user who has made a transaction to purchase a product on the website and paid using the “Direct” card, who requested to cancel the transaction and is entitled to do so according to these terms, will receive a coupon for use on the website, and not a refund to the credit card. Transaction cancellation will be possible if all 3 of the following conditions are met:

The product is undamaged, carries its original label, and the purchaser has not used it.

The product has been returned to the merchant.

The above shall not derogate from the merchant’s right to claim damages from the user for a decrease in value of the product due to significant harm to its condition.

A user who is a person with a disability (as defined in the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998) (“a person with a disability”), or who is 65 years old or older (“senior citizen”), or who has not passed five years since the date on which he was granted an immigrant certificate or an immigrant eligibility certificate by the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration (“new immigrant”), may cancel a transaction to purchase a product according to the law.

If a user has the right to cancel a transaction under these terms or under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, I am obligated to coordinate returns or exchanges through one of the following methods:

It is clarified that in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, the right of cancellation as detailed above does not apply with respect to perishable goods (goods that, once received by the user and upon their delivery, cannot be used again or provided to another user, or goods that may become spoiled by the time they are returned), and I will not be able to exercise this right.
